Coaching Studio

HR Professional, Psychologist,  Certified Psychotherapist (Italian Board) and Coach, with 20 years of international Corporate experience mostly in the Energy sector working closely with Energy Commodity traders.

I have a solid background in strategic human resource management, business psychology, organisational design and development, HR policies, performance management and coaching, executive coaching, recruitment, talent management and development, and incentive policies.

My personal and professional experience in an international environment has brought me in contact with a variety of professionals and people from all over the world, helping me develop a multicultural and multidisciplinary approach.

I am originally from Italy, and I live and work in Switzerland (Lugano and Zurich) since 2015.

I firmly believe in a person's ability and potential to deal with the many challenges and situations that life can present. 

My role as psychologist and coach is to support the person in tackling situations, challenges, goals and to provide an environment, a dialogue, that can facilitate exploration, identification of obstacles and resources to deal with them. 

My approach to coaching is influenced by two main coaching styles: positive psychology, which leverages on strengths and resources and value-driven goals, and psychodynamic approach, which taps into the unconscious aspects of the mind to understand and uncover behaviours, thoughts, feelings and patterns.

Both in the Corporate environment and as psychologist and coach, I accompany and support executives, managers and employees in managing team dynamics, achieving business and performance goals, and in their career development.

My Corporate experience at Trading Floors and with Energy Commodity Traders has also led me to deepen my understanding of the psychology of trading, topic that I continue to explore also as a coach.
